For all the visitors that come to my blog everyday, I thank you. I started this blog about a year ago, and its been about a year of posts, and the whole excercise has been wonderful. I've met so many new interesting photographers and people and found so many great portfolios - just that alone was worth it. Recently I've been working on some other projects, so haven't been that diligent in posting. I appreciate your comments and thoughts, hope you will continue to visit for many years more, in spite of my laziness :)....

The expression, the light, the composition, the tone, the DOF. Beautiful.

The child's expression is speechless, such a great capture of this moment in time. Excellent angle for this shot of both the child and horse.
-
His expression,of course!
-
Hui, the child's expression is sensational. Great work!

This is the essence of street photography.
Just try to imagine how many people will notice such 'banal' moments/situations/expression? How many of such eye-candies we miss everyday?
Great catch.
With those eye-covers, it almost looks like the horse is playing "peek-a-boo" with the child

Had I not read your text I never would have suspected the little girl to burst into tears. For this exact moment I love the interaction between her and the horse. Even though we cannot see the horses' eyes, there is such expression in the mouth. Equally as curious.
Always such a pleasure to see your photos and read your text. Thank you for sharing

Wonderful B&W. If you caught the crying, it might have not been as striking…..:)
-
Great black and white portrait. You can definitely see and feel the shock in the girls face.
-
The expression on this little girl face makes 1000 words. So beautiful this scene!
-

Bonsoir,
A nice instant shot..Cute expression..bravo! -
Fantastic image. I have to agree with Sharon (bluechameleon) above. This is a great capture at the perfect moment.

It's a wonderful portrait of both baby and the horse. Sad to hear about the fear and crying.
-
I really love the comedic tension going on here. The baby is about to pop. The horse, totally calm… perhaps nibbling. The mother trying to be the mediator. The passerby completely oblivious. Clearly, it's all downhill after this.
Parodies aside, the lighting is this is wonderful. You've really captured an excellent moment.

This capture shows what fascination a horse triggers in a child. Excellent!
-
what a beautiful shot. nice work.

Hi, I like this framing. I love the expression of the kid too. Happy clicking.

Documentary Photography is truly a wonderful gift! The way you capture natural light is beautiful! And I enjoy how to ‘see’ life in front of you! I’ve been working on a still Documentary on Blues Music for over 10 years now. It inspires me to see how other photographers approach their lives and recording what they see.
